All Mad Hare products can be ordered online, with a local pick-up window between 3 and 9 PM every Monday. While most items can be ordered any time for the next available window, breads must be ordered by 6 PM Wednesday for pick-up the following Monday.
Need your bread sooner? Our cold aged, artisanal sourdough is hand-stretched, folded, and proofed repeatedly over a seven-hour process. It is then aged in the cold to develop its deep, naturally sour flavor for several days. Finally, it is baked to perfection with a crackling, steam caramelized crust. Due to the lengthy preparations, we will need a little time to make your bread— but we promise the wait is worth the difference!
Each week, we will select three of our sourdough breads for a rotating variety.
The pick-up location is 37th Street and Portland Ave, South Minneapolis. Your automatic confirmation email will provide pick-up instructions and exact address upon receiving your order.
