Own taco night with spicy, smokey, tangy, creamy Baja in a bottle. Pairs great with our fish tacos.
Ingredients
½ cup vegan sour cream
½ cup vegan mayo
1/3 cup chipotle peppers in adobo
3 tbsp. lime juice
½ tsp. adobo seasoning
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. Aleppo pepper
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a jar or deep bowl. Blend with emersion blender until smooth. Alternatively, add all ingredients to a countertop blender, and blend until smooth.
